Sending an inquiry does not create an order, reserve production capacity, or require either party to proceed. A project begins only after both parties accept a written quote or order confirmation and any stated payment terms are met.
Prices and scope
The ₱990 figure is a published starting price for one base card. The accepted quote controls the final hardware, quantity, artwork, hosted services, taxes if applicable, shipping, lead time, warranty, replacements, and total price.
Compatibility
NFC behavior depends on the recipient device, operating system, settings, antenna position, case, orientation, nearby materials, tag selection, and internet access. We test the agreed NFC link and any included QR code before delivery, but do not promise identical behavior on every device.
Artwork and destinations
You must have permission to use the names, logos, images, copy, and destination links you provide. You are responsible for keeping destination content lawful, accurate, secure, and available unless the accepted quote assigns a specific responsibility to NFC Nexus.
Custom work and changes
Revisions, integrations, re-encoding, replacement cards, and changes after approval may affect cost and timeline. No security, access-control, payment, attendance, or tracking capability is included unless the accepted scope names it and states its technical and privacy requirements.
